5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Submission: If you wish to cancel your service before we have submitted your application to the authorities, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Post-Submission: Once an application is officially processed and submitted to the government, the professional service fee becomes non-refundable, as the consultancy work has been completed.
