We act as a private agent on behalf of the applicant. We are not the Albanian government, nor are we affiliated with any government portal or embassy.
2. Professional Fees and Payment
Our agency offers two premium service tiers for managing your application process. By proceeding with an application, you agree to pay the following professional fees:

Standard Service: 100€ (Comprehensive review and submission).

Express Service: 200€ (Priority handling and accelerated management). These fees represent our professional expertise, 24/7 support, and administrative handling. Government-mandated visa fees are separate and are determined by the State of Albania.
3. User Obligations and Accuracy
The applicant is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any errors, typos, or fraudulent documents submitted by the user may lead to visa rejection. Migraglobal Soluciones LTD is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.
4. Processing Times

Standard (100€): Applications are processed according to our standard internal queue.

Express (200€): Applications receive priority status and are moved to the top of our specialist's queue for immediate action.

Note: While we ensure rapid submission, the final processing time of the e-Visa itself is determined solely by the Albanian authorities.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once our specialists have reviewed and submitted your application to the government, the professional service fee is non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is made before the government submission, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs for the work already performed.
6. Limitation of Liability
evisalbania.com cannot guarantee that the Albanian government will approve your visa. Approval or denial is at the sole discretion of the immigration authorities. We are not liable for any financial losses (including flights and hotels) arising from visa denials, delays, or processing errors by the government.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the unique application interface, is the property of Migraglobal Soluciones LTD. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
Section: Travel Health Insurance Procurement Services
1. Nature of Service : By purchasing the "Travel Insurance" service on evisalbania.com, you acknowledge and agree that we are not an insurance company, underwriter, or financial institution. We act solely as a third-party processing agent to procure a compliant travel health insurance policy on your behalf from licensed international insurance providers (such as AXA, Europ Assistance, Allianz, or similar reputable entities).
2. Third-Party Contract : The insurance policy provided is a direct contract between you (the Insured) and the Insurance Provider. evisalbania.com is not a party to the insurance contract and bears no liability for claims, coverage disputes, or medical expenses. Any claims for medical services or refunds must be directed to the Insurance Provider detailed on your policy certificate.
3. Accuracy of Information : You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (Name, Passport Number, Dates of Travel). evisalbania.com is not liable for invalid policies resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user. If a policy needs to be re-issued due to user error, a new processing fee may apply.
4. No Refund Policy : Due to the nature of this service, fees paid for Travel Insurance are non-refundable once the application has been processed and the policy certificate has been generated or sent to your email. This applies even if your visa application is rejected or if you cancel your trip.
5. Limitation of Liability : We guarantee that the procured policy meets the standard requirements for the Republic of Albania e-Visa (Type C) regarding coverage amount (€30,000 minimum) and repatriation. However, we do not guarantee the outcome of your visa application or border entry, as these decisions are at the sole discretion of the Albanian authorities.
