Refund Policy

At evisalbania.com, operated by Migraglobal Soluciones LTD, we adhere to the strict legal framework established by the relevant immigration authorities. By using our professional consultancy services, you acknowledge and accept the following refund and cancellation terms.
 

1. Legal Notice (Law No. 79/2021)

In accordance with Article 28 (5) of Law 79/2021 "On Foreigners" of the Republic of Albania:

"Payment for visa stamp and e-visa and service is not returned in cases of refusal to issue a visa stamp and e-visa."

By submitting your application through our portal, you explicitly agree that no refunds will be provided by the Albanian authorities or by our agency in the event of a visa refusal.
 

2. Non-Refundable Government and Service Fees

Our agency charges a professional fee for managing your application process:

  • Standard Service: €60 - €120

  • Express Service: €200 - €300 Once your application has been officially reviewed by our specialists and submitted to the government system, both the mandatory government fees and our professional service fees (100€ or 200€) become 100% non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Submission

If you choose to cancel your service before our team has submitted your application to the official government authorities:

  • You may request a partial refund of the professional service fee.

  • A 25€ administrative processing fee will be deducted to cover the labor, document verification, and system resources already utilized.
     

4. Visa Rejections and Government Delays

  • Refusal of Visa: Following Law 79/2021, a refusal to issue a visa does not entitle the applicant to a refund.

  • Processing Times: While we ensure rapid submission for our Express clients, we are not liable for delays within the government's internal processing channels and do not offer refunds for such delays.
     

5. Incorrect Information and Applicant Errors

No refunds will be issued if an application is denied or delayed due to:

  • Typographical errors or incorrect passport details provided by the applicant.

  • Submission of fraudulent or expired documentation.

  • Failure to respond to requests for additional information from the authorities.
     

6. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Refunds for payments made via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund. Any applicable blockchain network (gas) fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
 

7. Refund Request Process

To request a cancellation (pre-submission only), please contact our billing department at info@migraglobalsoluciones.com with your Application ID. All requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.
