Standard Visa Processing Procedures

The Standard Visa is the most economical option for travelers who have booked their trip well in advance. However, strict timelines apply to ensure approval.

​

Processing Time & When to Apply

 

Standard Processing Time: 9 to 15 Business Days

Please note that this duration is an estimate and may vary depending on your country of citizenship and the current volume of applications at the Ministry.

​

Critical Warning: Flight & Hotel Dates Your application should be submitted at least 15-20 days before your intended flight.

  • If your attached Flight Ticket or Hotel Reservation dates fall within the 9-15 day processing window, your visa has a high probability of rejection due to "incompatible travel dates."

​

Recommendation: If your flight is in less than 15 days, please choose the Express Visa option to ensure your dates are valid.

​

Cost & How to Select

 

Government Fee: € 60.00 (approx. $70+ USD)

​

  • How to Select: You can choose this option during Step 2 of the application form. After selecting your visa type, you will see two options: "Standard" and "Express."

  • Price Difference: The Standard option includes only the mandatory Government Fee. It does not include priority handling or manual error correction.

​

Strict Refund Policy

 

Unlike the Express Service, the Standard Visa fee is paid directly to the government processing system immediately.

​

  • No Refunds on Rejection: If your Standard Visa application is rejected for any reason (including incompatible dates or eligibility issues), the fee is non-refundable.

Missing Documents & The "5-Day Rule"

 

Delays in the Standard process are almost always caused by missing or incorrect documents.

The "Pause" Mechanism: If your application is missing a document (e.g., bank statement, employment letter), the processing time STOPS immediately. It does not resume until you provide the correct file.

​

Automatic Rejection (5-Day Limit): You have a maximum of 5 Business Days to provide the requested missing document.

  • If we do not receive the document within 5 business days, your application will be automatically rejected by the system, and the fee will be lost.
